Rivers have traditionally been an element that has facilitated the
communication between peoples. The Mississippi and the Danube, are both very long rivers
on the continent through which they flow, both navigable by boat,
they also share the fact that they were transmitters of music.
Frederic Miralda will guide us on a journey through the music that has gone along
these two rivers, offering us a comparison of the popular musical structures from North America and Europe.
Performers:
Rosa Marquès, violin.
Frederic Miralda, clarinet.
